Colonial Assembly Package
The staff of the Horton House Family Center will bring the "Colonial Experience" to your school.  Stations will be set up in your multipurpose room and children will be led through hands on demonstrations of Colonial life.  Stations include: Candle, Soap and Butter Making, Spinning and Sewing, Continental Army and Militia Life, Colonial Toys and Games, Food and Music.


"Northern Passage" Package
We bring to life the story of Henry Hudson's voyages through a
short dramatization complete with Henry and Kate Hudson,
a theme song sung by the Hudsons and the participating students,
and a hands on experience with many artifacts of the period.
