About the Vergiliis
As the proud owners of the Historic Joseph Horton House, the Vergiliis have quickly become quite knowledgeable in the area of Dutch Colonial life in the Hudson Valley. John and Cynthia Vergilii bring over 20 years of experience in the areas of Opera, Theater, and Design to the "Colonial Experience," as well as every endeavor that comes their way .
Cynthia is a professional Clothing and Costume Designer/Manufacturer, a Custom Sewing Interior Decorator, and a Professional Caterer.
She has also become a wonderful singing talent under the training of her husband and now joins him in the vocal entertainment portion of their work.
John is a Professional Classical Tenor who previously toured for over 20 years as an International Opera Singer. Raised by a school board custodian, John is also quite a handyman/jack of all trades.
Needless to say, both are very talented in working with their hands and love leading folks of all ages through Colonial Cooking and Craft Projects.
